Summer Camp Activities During the COVID-19 Pandemic

أنشطة المخيم الصيفي خلال فترة كورونا

As part of Al-Yousuf Center for Psychological and Health Guidance’s efforts to provide community activities and develop the skills of children and adolescents, a summer camp was organized during the COVID-19 pandemic, while taking into consideration the health conditions and preventive measures in place at the time.

The camp aimed to provide a safe environment that combined learning, recreation, and psychological and social support through a variety of activities designed to help participants make productive use of their time, develop their abilities, and promote positive interaction.

The camp included a range of activities focused on developing personal and social skills, fostering cooperation and participation, and creating a supportive environment that encouraged children and participants to express themselves and interact positively with others.

Through the implementation of the camp, Al-Yousuf Center for Psychological and Health Guidance was committed to continuing to provide meaningful activities for the community, particularly during a period that presented significant psychological and social challenges as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and its impact on different groups.

This activity was part of a series of programs and events implemented by the center to promote mental health, support the community, and provide educational and social activities that contribute to creating a more positive environment.
