Director’s Message

At Al-Yousuf Center for Psychological Counseling and Psychosocial Support, we believe that caring for mental health is not a luxury, but a fundamental foundation for building emotionally balanced individuals and a more resilient community capable of facing challenges and crises.

Since the establishment of the Center, we have been committed to keeping our work close to people and responsive to their needs, providing professional psychological counseling and psychosocial support services and programs, with particular attention to children, families, and vulnerable groups, alongside training, awareness, and capacity-building initiatives.

Throughout our journey, we have faced many challenges. Our commitment to our mission has been the driving force that enabled us to continue, develop our services, and reach members of the community under different circumstances, including crises, war, and displacement.

Today, we continue our work with an even more ambitious vision. We seek to build a specialized and sustainable institution in the field of psychological counseling and psychosocial support, while expanding our programs and partnerships and working toward our greatest aspiration: establishing a specialized college or university dedicated to psychological counseling and psychosocial support, contributing to the preparation of qualified professionals, serving the community, and promoting a culture of mental health.
